Gordon joined Shelly in 2016 as Vice President, Human Resources, and oversees all aspects of Human Resources including talent management, employee development, employee relations, talent acquisition, community relations and employee benefits.
Previously, Gordon has been a HR professional for over 25 years, serving in leadership roles for three separate Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as Director of Human Resources for the Affinion Group in Westerville, Ohio and supported multiple locations within the US and Philippines.
Gordon has a strong background in all aspects of Human Resources including talent management and acquisition, leadership development, employee relations and benefits. Gordon is a graduate of Cedarville University with a Masters of Business Administration and Westmont College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In addition, he is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) with the Society of Human Resources Management.
