Jeff Freeman, Vice President of Equipment, is responsible for asset procurement, management, and maintenance, as well as disposal with a focus on total cost of ownership for the mobile equipment fleet. Safety and internal customer satisfaction is paramount and is achieved through close partnering with our operational teams and the support of the shop/equipment group.
Freeman has over 20 years of equipment industry experience having held various leadership positions at Columbus Equipment Company, the Komatsu dealer, prior to joining The Shelly Company back in 2008.
As both the General Sales Manager and Vice President of Operations at Columbus Equipment from 2003 through 2008, Freeman played a key role in developing relationships with large customers in an effort to support their mobile equipment needs. The most important relationship fostered during that time was with The Shelly Company which led to his current role.
Freeman attended John Carroll University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
