The Shelly Company is driven to be an environmental steward. We have examined our processes for opportunities to reuse, recycle or replace raw materials.  In the area of energy use, we are doing our part to reduce our demand for oil. Many of our asphalt plants are able to use recycled oil as a primary energy source.  The recycled oil is obtained from specialized re-refiners who provide material meeting certain quality specifications.
