The Shelly Company hosted its 3rd Annual Outstanding Achievements Banquet for its ready mix employees at the Dutch Valley restaurant on Feb.3. Congratulations to the 20 ready mix facilities for zero incidents, and the 17 employees for achieving personal excellence all of which representing All Ohio Ready Mix, Medina Supply and Smith Concrete.
“We started this awards program to recognize our ready mix employees who lead by example,” said Dick Wilson, Shelly Ready Mix Division General Manager. “Those involved today are the leaders who are establishing the opportunities of tomorrow and emphasizing the importance of their coworker’s and customers overall experience.”
The Shelly Company’s Outstanding Achievements Award Program began in 2014 and evolved through a need to recognize and celebrate creativity, innovation, and leadership, and those pushing the bounds of excellence in safety performance.
