Heather Rutter
Human Resources Director
Heather Rutter joined The Shelly Company as Human Resources Manager in 2011. Her career began at MPW Industrial Services where she served in multiple progressive roles with a focus on safety training, HR administration and management. Throughout her tenure with The Shelly Company, Heather’s responsibilities included HR management for all divisions within the organization. She also served on numerous functional committees for both America’s Materials and CRH. This range of management and leadership experience led to Heather earning a promotion into the role of Director of Human Resources in 2021. Heather earned a bachelor’s degree from Muskingum College and is currently pursuing an M.B.A from Bowling Green State University.
