Kyle Herd

Kyle Herd graduated from Marshall University with a BS in Occupational Safety and Health and later earned his
MBA from The University of Findlay with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Before coming to The Shelly
Company, Kyle was a Health, Environmental, and Safety Professional with Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Kyle
began his career with The Shelly Company in August of 2021 as Assistant Safety Manager in the Southern Division
and has earned his Certified Safety Professional certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
