Tim joined The Shelly Company in 2024 from Rogers Group in Grapevine, TX where he served as Division Vice President for the Western Division. As Vice President, he played a key role in multiple acquisitions, led the company to an impressive safety record and contributed to increased revenue, sales, and net profit during his tenure. Prior to joining Rogers Group, Tim spent more than two decades at Lehigh Hanson – Heidelberg Cement Group in roles of increasing responsibility.
